What We Do
Known as “the pole haulers,” Otto Transfer’s drivers, dispatchers and safety personnel are experts at moving distribution and transmission poles as long as 125-feet long across the United States and Canada. Customers tap our fleet of self-unloaders, conventional tractors and flatbed trailers for emergency response, infrastructure projects, pole disposal, rail car unloading – and to move anything that is oversized or unwieldly.
Who We Are
Otto Transfer’s mission is to do our job safely and cost-effectively, while providing our 25-plus employees stable futures and a safe work environment. We strive to use our natural resources mindfully, and to be a strong steward in the communities in which we work and live. We also work to improve trucking for professional drivers and their employers, with our active involvement in the Minnesota Trucking Association.
Safe
Trucking companies can sound the same when it comes to safety. In our opinion, they should. Safe drivers in safe trucks save lives. Safety shapes Otto Transfer’s culture and drives our business decisions so we keep the public, our customers, and our drivers out of harm’s way.
